These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phmob ("phmob," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at phmob.vip. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the phmob platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the phmob platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phmob platform. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with applicable Philippine gambling regulations. phmob strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the age of 21.

1.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted; (c) the funds you deposit are not derived from illegal activities; and (d) you are not registering on behalf of any third party.

1.3 You may only maintain one (1) active account on phmob. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

1.4 phmob reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide such documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You agree to notify phmob immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 phmob shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be deemed to be your responsibility until phmob is formally notified of a breach.

2.3 You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phmob reserves the right to suspend accounts that show signs of shared access or suspicious login activity.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 All financial transactions on the phmob platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

3.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within your phmob account dashboard at the time of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by phmob's compliance team. This policy is maintained for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

3.4 phmob processes withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security or KYC review.

3.5 phmob reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 phmob may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

4.2 Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

4.3 Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash (unless specifically stated), or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted. phmob reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Any attempt to abuse promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or engaging in coordinated bonus harvesting, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account termination.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 You agree to use the phmob platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, including the use of automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Any form of collusion, cheating, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is prohibited. phmob employs monitoring systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity. Players found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently suspended and any balances forfeited.

5.3 You must not use the phmob platform for any purpose that is illegal under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the phmob platform, including but not limited to games, software, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of phmob or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phmob platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any phmob content without prior written consent.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 phmob is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We provide tools including deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods, all accessible through your account dashboard.

8.2 phmob does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of its platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

9. Amendments to These Terms

9.1 phmob reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the phmob platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the phmob platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
